Placing Orders

Ital Blends has no minimum order. We do however charge a shipping minimum of 1 kilogram or 2.2 pounds.

We accept orders via our online shopping cart, telephone or email. Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. If you wish to amend your order, we highly recommend calling us!

Local Orders

All orders from our home country, may call, fax or email us directly to place their order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US Dollars. Advance payment in full is required before your order can be shipped. Prices are subject to change from time to time in Ital Blends sole discretion.

We accept payment using PayPal’s secure payment processing. Pay Pal is the safer, easier way to pay online. They have quickly become global leaders in online solutions with more than 153 million accounts worldwide, enabling global ecommerce possible across different locations, currencies and languages. Canceled Orders

If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel.

Back Orders

If some of the items included in your order are out of stock you will be notified via email that your order has been placed on hold. You will be asked to advise us to:

1. Hold your entire order until the item(s) that are out of stock are re-stocked; OR

2. Ship the items that are in stock, issue a full refund for the item(s)that are out of stock and issue a partial refund for the shipping cost; OR

3. Ship the items that are in stock, and ship the items that are out of stock once they become available; OR

4. Cancel your entire order and issue a full refund of your total order, including shipping.

Ital Blends will hold your entire order until either:

a) you respond to this email; OR

b) the item(s) that are out of stock are re-stocked.

Undeliverable Packages

If for any reason your order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Ital Blends you will be notified via email that your order has been cancelled due to a failed delivery attempt and you will be issued a refund of your order sub-total. Shipping will not be refunded. We will re-ship this order if you contact us and provide a different shipping

Privacy Policy

You may be required to register to use Ital Blends services. To register you may be required to provide information about yourself, and you are required to update this information as necessary to keep it current. Data pertaining to your online transactions, purchase history and usage patterns may be collected, analyzed and stored.
